Where can we ship to?

The shipping address should be a physical address.

Our warehouse is in the USA and our products will be shipped within the USA.

For all products placed on the website, we DO NOT ship to the P.O. box address.

For Hasipu's product, we do not ship to the address below:

Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, US Minor Outlying Islands, Guam, American Samoa and Northern Mariana Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO.

If you place the order on the official site, you will get two notification emails for order confirmation and tracking information. If you need any support, send us an email to get quick support.

 

Most products will be shipped from our warehouse: Room 3905, 9059 Hermosa Avenue, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730, USA.

 

 

What's the shipping cost?

You will get FREE U.S. shipping on all orders at our site. Processing time is normal as usual.
Please add "Urgent" to the email title if you need support from Hasipu as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience.

When will the order be sent?

In general, we ship via Fedex or UPS. You can view the estimated delivery dates on the product page, in special situation the items transfer by Amazon, the tracking number may be delayed.

We could not process the refund for the lost package, but we can only ship the new one instead.

Once the order is placed please allow us 1-2 business days for packing and shipping, checking the order information is a very important step to build a better shopping experience.

1 to 2 days shipping (excluding weekends) if the order is placed on the business day.

Monday shipping if the order is placed on the weekend.

The tracking numbers provided by all of our shipping companies are an estimate only. The expected delivery date does not mean that it will be guaranteed to show up on that date.

USPS First Class Mail (4-7 days)

USPS Priority Mail (3-5 days)

UPS Shipping (3-7 business days)

FedEx Ground (3-7 business days)

 

In rare cases due to unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, unusual spikes, etc.), these shipment processing times may be delayed.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will Include your tracking details. You can track your order by using the tracking number provided. Please note an email must be supplied by you at time of purchase. If for any reason you are unable to track your Item or provide an email address, please contact us at support@hasipu.us

 

Will I have to pay Taxes or Duties?

First, we ship from within the United States, so you are not responsible for any customs duties.

Second, because of the different policies of each state, we will charge the corresponding tax of each state, and the tax is included in the amount you pay for your order. There is no need to pay extra.

 

Holiday Delivery Time

Why my shipment does not move? It doesn't mean your order has not been shipped out. We ship out all of the orders in 2 business days. This situation may happen because of the high volume of shipments sent through USPS & UPS during the holiday season. Please contact us if USPS lost your package, or you haven't received your order in 14 days.

If the tracking shows delivered but the orders are not in your mailbox or it has been a few days but still no update on the tracking, please notify us to solve this issue and make sure you will get the package.
